We offer AI advisory and implementation services to business clients.
Client business data you share for assessment or pilots (e.g., redacted emails, PDFs, process artifacts).
Contact data (names, emails, roles) for collaboration.
Operational metadata (meeting notes, task status). We do not intentionally collect consumer data outside the scope you provide.
To deliver services, communicate, invoice, improve quality, and meet legal obligations.
We do not use client data to train public models. When third‑party models are used, we enable available enterprise controls (e.g., no‑training flags, encryption). On request, we can limit processing to customer‑controlled environments or self‑hosted models.
We share data only with vetted subprocessors needed to deliver services (e.g., secure cloud hosting, transcription) under confidentiality and DPA terms, or when required by law.
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards; role‑based access; and logging. We tailor controls to engagement sensitivity.
We keep project data only as long as necessary for the engagement or as required by law, then delete or return it on request.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your business contact data. For project data, requests flow through the client controller.
If data crosses borders, we use standard contractual mechanisms where applicable.
Our services target businesses, not children under 16.
